This lease is granted in accordance with the provisions of The Highland Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Decriminalised Parking Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2016, as amended.
We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in the designated car park. No claims will be accepted in this regard.
