Cancel your contract
If you would like to cancel your parking bay contract, you can do so online.
The parking card remains the property of Highland Council at all times.
When your contract ends, you must return the card immediately after your final paid date to the Parking Services office. The office is open between 6am and 10pm.
Cancelling mid-month
If you cancel your contract after the 11th of the month, you will still be charged for the full month.
Missed payments
If any rental payment is missed, your lease will be automatically terminated without further notice.
