Forgotten password
- Select ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the login page
- Enter your email address and choose a new password, then select ‘Change Password’
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from eplanning@highland.gov.uk
- Open the link in the email to verify your identity and complete the password reset.
- You can now log in with your new password.
