You can view a summary of each application. Documents are not available for online viewing.
Planning
Each application includes several tabs for public access:
Details
Provides the key information, organised into sections
- Summary tab – includes key dates, status, and a brief proposal overview
- Further Information – applicant, agent, ward, community council, expected decision level and case officer
- Contacts – agent and ward councillor details
- Important Dates – shows deadlines and decision dates
Comments
Displays existing comments and allows users to contribute their own
- Make a Comment – sign in to make a comment
- Public Comments – any public comments lodged
- Consultee Comments – list of consultees and any comments
Constraints
List constraints within the application boundary
Documents
Provides access to all documents associated with the application, including:
- Drawings
- Supporting Information
- Application form
- Comments received via paper or email form
- Decision Notice
- Report of Handling or Committee Report
Use the 'View' icon to open documents (PDF, Word, JPEG, etc.)

Shows other cases related to the current record
Map
Displays the location of the application site using an interactive map
