Caretaking and CCTV services
We provide caretaking and CCTV services in some flatted blocks.
The Tenement Management Scheme legislation applies to these services. This means:
- owners must pay their share of the cost if the majority agree to keep the service
- decisions about continuing the service can be made by a majority of owners.
Owners are charged in advance. You can either:
- pay in full
- agree a repayment plan that clears the balance within the charge period
If you do not pay, we will recover the debt through our normal procedures.
