Booking rules for vans and trailers
If you are using a van or trailer, you must book a time slot at the following sites:
- Alness
- Dingwall
- Fort William
- Inverness
- Nairn
- Portree
- Tain
- Thurso
- Wick
Before you visit with a van or a trailer, you must:
- book at least 48 hours before your visit
- only book once per vehicle per week (Sunday to Saturday)
- bring your booking confirmation and show it to staff
- give accurate information when booking
We may inspect your waste or visit your property to check where it came from.
