Renew or replace a card
If you need to renew or replace a travel card, you can:
Apply online at getyournec.scot
You can also apply:
- at a Service Point – bring proof of age, address and a photo
- by email – send your name, date of birth, address and reason to buspass@highland.gov.uk
Renew a disabled card
If you need to renew a disabled card, you can:

You can also:
- at a Service Point – bring proof of your disability
- by email – send your proof of disability to buspass@highland.gov.uk
Make sure to renew your card at least 2 to 4 weeks before it expires.
If your card does not work on the bus, the driver may give you a 7-day temporary pass. This will not include companion travel.
