How to apply

To purchase a permit, log in and use the ‘apply for a permit’ link to buy a 7-day membership. Membership costs £40 for 7 days and there are no discounts or concessionary rates.

Membership is linked to your vehicle, so only one membership is needed per vehicle.

After joining, you will receive an email confirming your payment and start date. Keep this email safe, as it may be needed to access scheme benefits.

Managing your membership

Once logged in, use the ‘manage my membership’ link to:

  • amend personal details
  • cancel your membership before the start date and receive a full refund
  • change your start date by cancelling and reapplying

There are no options for shorter or longer stays, but you can buy multiple memberships throughout the year.

Pricing and refunds

Full refunds are available if you cancel before your selected start date.

Contact us if you receive a parking charge notice during or after your stay.
