Single-use vapes

What businesses need to do about the vape ban

Businesses must remove single-use vapes from sale and dispose of them responsibly.

Immediate actions to take

  • Review your stock and remove all single-use vapes
  • Stop selling any products that meet the single-use definition
  • Buy only from reputable suppliers who comply with the new rules
  • Train staff on the new regulations and how to identify compliant products

How to store leftover stock

If you still have single-use vapes in your possession:

  • Store them away from the shop floor
  • Keep them separated from other goods
  • Wrap them securely
  • Label them clearly as waiting for disposal

These products must not be offered for sale under any circumstances.
