The airfield was constructed by the Royal Engineers in 1972 and is maintained and operated by us.

  • Lighting and security: The aircraft working area is illuminated and monitored by CCTV
  • Restricted area: A clearly marked yellow zone is reserved exclusively for emergency services. This area must remain clear at all times.
  • Vehicle access: Access to the airfield by vehicle requires prior permission. Parking is available outside the entrance.
