Payment appeals process
If your payment is withheld and you wish to appeal it:
- Speak to your Learning Centre (e.g. guidance teacher).
- You must be informed in writing of the reason for non-payment.
- Submit a written appeal within 14 days to your Learning Centre.
- If unresolved, write to your Area Education Office within 28 days.
