- developing and implementing a Corporate Communications Strategy
- informing the public and partners of our work through the media, publications, website and social media
- media relations and responding to media enquiries
- media protocol
- protocol governing school visits
- internal communications
- providing communications advice to staff and councillors
- reputation management
- corporate Branding and the council logo
- providing a graphic design service
- providing a media monitoring service for officers
- corporate events and campaigns
