How much you pay
We charge you rent weekly over 48 weeks and you get 4 charge free weeks per year. However, this changes if you opt to pay your rent monthly or you are staying in temporary homeless accommodation.
Your rent depends on the type and size of your home.

New build rent supplements
Additional weekly charges apply to new build properties:

- 2-bed: £8.89
- 3-bed: £10.54
- 4-bed: £12.13
- 5-bed: £13.75
- Built November 2013 to March 2024: £14.93 supplement
- Built from April 2024: £17.50 supplement
