When you become a tenant
When you accept a tenancy, we will send you a letter confirming:
- how much rent you need to pay
- your rent account details
- your plastic swipe card
We charge your rent weekly to your account. Every payment you make will be shown on your rent statement.
Annual rent statements
You will receive a rent statement at the end of each financial year. It shows:
- all rent charges
- all payments made (including Housing Benefit)
- your weekly account balance
Housing Online
Register to access your rent account online. View recent transactions, such as payments you have made, as well as Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Housing Element payments. You can also access a paper direct debit to print off.
