Pay by card

You can pay using a debit or credit card at any time through our website or over the phone. You can also pay in person at one of our Service Points.

What do I need

You will need:

  • your 8-digit rent reference number - this can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of your plastic swipe card or at the top of your quarterly statement
  • your credit or debit card details

Housing Online

Register to access your rent account online. View recent transactions, such as payments you have made, as well as Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Housing Element payments. You can also access a paper direct debit to print off.
