Pay by card
You can pay using a debit or credit card at any time through our website or over the phone. You can also pay in person at one of our Service Points.
What do I need
You will need:
- your 8-digit rent reference number - this can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of your plastic swipe card or at the top of your quarterly statement
- your credit or debit card details
How to pay
If your 8 digit reference number begins with a 6, you will need to make payment by calling the service centre on 01349 886606 - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also pay in person at any of our service points
