Pay by direct debit
Setting up a Direct Debit is the easiest way to make sure your rent is paid on time.
You can choose how often you pay:
- weekly on a Friday
- every 2 weeks on a Friday
- monthly on the 1st, 15th or 28th
- every 3 months on the 1st of April, July, October and January (only for garage, garage site or land accounts)
To set up a direct debit for paying council tax:
- Download and complete a direct debit form
- Return to your local service point or post to the address listed on the form
If you pay your rent weekly, you get 4 charge free weeks in the year, unless you are in arrears or temporary homeless accommodation.
