Report a problem in a play area
We want play areas in the Highlands to be safe, clean and welcoming for everyone. If you notice something wrong, tell us so we can fix it.
What you can report
You can report issues like broken equipment, unsafe surfaces, vandalism, litter, or anything else that makes the play area unsafe or unpleasant to use. If you find needles or bodily fluids, this is an emergency. Call 01349 886690 immediately so we can respond quickly.
Urgent safety issues
When you report a problem, include:
- the name or location of the play area
- a short description of the issue
- when you noticed it
- a photo, if you have one
What happens next
We will inspect the issue and arrange repairs as soon as possible. Some repairs may take longer if we need specialist parts or contractors.
