Apply for a permit
Make sure to read the guidance notes before submitting your application.
If you need assistance with applying, you can contact your local Area Office.
Before starting work:
- read our new housing developments information
- submit a planning application as per guidance from the Planning team, attaching the checklist in appendix 2 of the guidance notes to your application
- once your planning application has been approved, you can apply for a road opening permit
