Land Ownership Certificate
Applicants who need to serve notice on The Highland Council, where it is the landowner for the application site, should complete the notice and serve it to:

Inverness
IV3 5NX
Once you have served the notice, and as long as you have identified all owners of the land, you should complete Land Ownership Certificate B.
You should provide a list of the names and addresses of the owners you have given notice to, including the date the notice was served.
The Land Ownership Certificate must accompany the planning application.
