If you are having technical difficulties using:
- ePlanning or eBuilding Standards, use the Support button on the top right of eDevelopment.scot to access the contact form.
If you are having techncial difficulties using the Highland Council Public Access site you can report this using our online form.
What to include in your report
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include:
- a description of what you were trying to do when the issue occurred (required)
- the date and time the issue happened (required)
- screenshots of the problem (optional but helpful) – paste them into a Word document and attach it to the form
