What we include in the notification
Once the application is validated, we send a letter to neighbours.
The letter includes:
- application reference number
- date of the notice
- name and address of the applicant or agent
- address or description of the application site
- description of the proposed development
- where and how to view the plans and documents
- how to submit comments and the deadline
- a location plan showing the site and neighbouring land
