Participation and late arrivals
Participation
- all attendees may accompany the committee and council members during the visit
- when speaking, participants must address the group through the Chair
- members must not discuss the merits of the application with anyone
Late arrivals
- if a participant arrives late but before the visit ends, the Chair will explain what has been covered and ask if they wish to point out anything not yet seen
- if a member arrives late, the Chair will decide whether the visit can be repeated for them
- if not feasible, the late member will be excluded from the decision-making process
