Charges for environmental information under the EIRs
We do not charge for the time spent determining whether we hold the requested information or deciding if it can be released. Charges apply for locating, retrieving and supplying the information. We will inform you of any charges in advance and explain how they were calculated.
The information will be provided to you once payment is received. If you choose not to proceed, no charge will be applied.
