Fee for planning-related applications
The services listed below are value-added service and a fee applies. Fees are reviewed annually and updated in April.
Pre-application advice
If you know planning permission is required, we will provide feedback on your proposal before you apply. This service is not for finding out whether planning permission is required for your development; to find out this information visit our Development Enquiry page.

Non-material variations
We offer non-material variation which enables small changes that are not material to be made to a planning permission which has already been granted.

Satisfaction of conditions for major developments
Conditions can apply before works begin, during the works, or after the works are completed. While each condition varies, usually pre-commencement and pre-occupation conditions need information to be submitted to the Planning Authority for approval before the development can move to the next stage. This process is known as satisfaction of conditions.
