Comments
- all comments must include your name and full postal address.
- anonymous comments will not be considered
- comments from individuals at the same address will be grouped on the comments page.
- See our Scheme of Delegation
- signatures and other personal information will be redacted
Your comment will appear up to 3 working days after review, during busy periods, this may take longer.
Visibility of comments
- the Comments tab on public access online shows the number of comments submitted
- comments remain visible for 3 months after a decision is made
- if an application is withdrawn, associated documents and comments will no longer be visible
