The next stages after you make a comment are:
- you will receive an acknowledgement of your submission
- your comment will appear on our website after review (up to 3 working days) - during busy periods, this may take longer
- your comment will be considered before a decision is made
- you will be notified of the decision once it is issued
To protect personal privacy and sensitive data, we may redact certain information in comments.
Responding to comments
Due to the volume of comments received:
- we cannot enter into detailed correspondence or respond to individual points raised
- our duty is to consider all comments received within the statutory period, not to reply to them
- comments should be clear statements of support or concern, not questions
- you may also express support or objection if certain conditions are met
