Support at home with telecare
We offer telecare to help people live safely and independently at home. It uses alarms and sensors to support people who may be at risk due to age, disability or other reasons.
What telecare includes
Telecare comes with a basic alarm. You can also get extra equipment to help detect risks and alert someone who can help.
This may include:
- smoke detector
- carbon monoxide or gas detector
- fall detector
- flood detector
- movement detector
- property exit sensor
- medication reminder or dispenser
- temperature extremes sensor
Costs
We assess your finances to work out if you need to pay for telecare.
