How to get involved
We offer different ways for tenants to take part in shaping housing services.
You can:
- join tenant forums to raise issues, share ideas, and hear updates
- take part in focus groups on topics like repairs, rent, or estate management
- complete consultation surveys to share your views on key decisions
- join a tenant scrutiny panel to review performance and suggest improvements
You do not need any special experience to get involved. We welcome all tenants who want to help improve housing services.
