Annual report to customers
Every year we provide information to the Scottish Housing Regulator about how well we deliver housing services to our tenants and customers.
This information is called the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC). It measures our performance against the standards set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
This report highlights how we performed over the last year, including information on:
- housing quality
- repairs
- rent levels
- customer satisfaction
- how we support our communities
- what we have achieved
- where we can improve
- the actions we are taking to deliver better services in the future
We hope this report helps you understand how your housing service is performing and how tenant feedback continues to shape our priorities and decision-making.
