Paper, card and cardboard (blue bin)
Use your blue bin for recycling paper, card, and cardboard.
You can recycle
- newspapers and magazines
- envelopes (including windowed)
- cereal boxes and cardboard packaging
- shredded paper
- catalogues and phone books
- greetings cards (without glitter or ribbons)
Flatten items where possible and do not put them in plastic bags in the blue bin.
Do not include
- tissues, napkins or kitchen towels
- padded envelopes or wallpaper
- food-stained paper or card
- hardback books or disposable cups
- plastic bags
- plastic-coated packaging
