Using your garage
You may use the garage to store a vehicle.
You must not:
- run a business or trade from the garage
- sublet or give it to someone else
- store flammable materials, like petrol or oil
- store personal items, as garages may be damp
- cause nuisance to neighbours
If you rent a garage site, you are required to build a garage that meets our design standards, subject to planning permission and a building warrant before construction.
Insurance
You must arrange your own contents insurance.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused in or around the garage. This includes accidents or claims involving other people.
