Garage and site rents are charged weekly. Charges may vary depending on the location and type of space.

If you are not a Highland Council tenant, VAT will be added to the rent.
How to pay
You must pay rent in advance. You can pay:
- by using our online form
- at a Service Point by card only
- at Post Offices or PayPoint outlets by card, cash or cheque
- by Direct Debit or standing order
- by phone, call 01349 886605
- through your bank using:
- Sort code: 82-70-13
- Account number: 10000652
- by salary deduction if you work for Highland Council
We will give you a payment card when your tenancy starts.

Black Isle and Easter Ross Area Committee
Wards 6, 7 and 9 - Cromarty Firth, Tain and Easter Ross, and Black Isle
