Flat or maisonette

The weekly rent charges are:

  • Bedsit - £59.38
  • 1-bed - £69.04
  • 2-bed - £78.67
  • 3-bed - £88.32
  • 4-bed - £97.95
  • 5-bed - £107.58

House or bungalow

The weekly rent charges are:

  • Bedsit - £64.51
  • 1-bed - £74.17
  • 2-bed - £83.80
  • 3-bed - £93.44
  • 4-bed - £103.07
  • 5-bed - £112.72

Rent for larger properties is available on request.

New build supplement

Applies to new properties built between November 2010 and October 2013.

  • 1 bed - £5.79
  • 2 bed - £7.06
  • 3 bed - £8.37
  • 4 bed - £9.63
  • 5 bed - £10.92
  • From November 2013, all new build homes built from that date will attract a £11.86 weekly supplement on top of rent.

Some tenants who have been in their homes from before November 2010 may still be having their rent adjusted by an agreed £2.50 +/- until they reach the above rates.
