Each of Scotland's councils measure their performance against a set of benchmarking indicators. Each year we complete an analysis of how Highland Council is performing compared to all the other councils in Scotland.

The Highland Council has a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are used to better understand the Council’s overall performance. For 2022/23 there were 34 such KPIs.
