Convictions and changes of circumstances
If an applicant is found not to be 'fit and proper', a report will be submitted to the Highland Licensing Committee for a hearing to decide whether the applicant should be added to or removed from the register.

Change of circumstances
You must keep your registration details up to date. You can do this online or by contacting us in writing or by email.
Failure to update your details is an offence.
