Payment Options
ePlanning.scot allows you to pay your application fee during the submission of your review. This is the fastest way to pay, and provides all necessary information to help us validate your application quickly, provided all other required details have been supplied.
Pay separately from your application
We recommend all applicants pay online at ePlanning.scot at the time of submission. If you choose to pay separately, note that we will not process your review until the payment has been matched to your application. On the 'Payment' tab, under 'Payment Category', select ‘Notice of Review’. If you do not have a reference number, enter 'NoR' in the 'Application reference number' field to help us link your payment to your application.

Failure to do so may delay the validation of your application.
We do not accept cash or cheques.

Quote your application or online reference number. Alternatively, you can quote ‘NoR’ or a brief description linking your payment to your application. If you do not have a reference number, provide a contact telephone number so we can reach you if further information is needed.
Failure to do so may delay the validation of your application.

Call our Service Centre payment line at 01349 886605 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm). If you already have an application reference number, please quote it during the call.
Note the receipt number given to you and quote it on your application form at submission to assist in confirming your payment.
