Review Body meeting
Who can attend
Applicants and interested parties will be notified of the date, time, and location of the Review Body meeting.
This is a public meeting, and you may observe proceedings from the public gallery. You will not be permitted to speak to the Review Body unless a hearing is deemed necessary before making a decision on the Notice of Review.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can watch the meeting live or within a year of the date through our Meeting Webcasts.
When is a decision made
The timing of a decision depends on whether the Review Body is satisfied they have sufficient information to determine the Notice of Review.
If they are, the application will be decided immediately. If information is missing or clarification is needed, the Notice of Review will be continued to a future meeting.
You will be notified in writing of the date when the Review Body will next consider the Notice of Review.

The Review Body consists of up to 8 members and requires a minimum of 3 members in attendance for the meeting to proceed.
The independent planning adviser is a qualified planner who provides advice on planning matters. They do not take a position on whether the Notice of Review should be upheld or not.
