Submitting a Notice of Review

Hearings

In the letter notifying you of the hearing you will have been asked to lodge a hearing statement. This needs to be lodged with the Review Body Administration Team by the date stated on the letter. On the day of the hearing, you may be asked questions on your hearing statement by members of the Review Body.

The hearing is not an opportunity to rehearse your Notice of Review – the Review Body uses the hearing procedure to further examine the details of the Notice of Review or the comments of interested parties prior to coming to a decision on the Notice of Review.
