Road and infrastructure issues
You can report issues and defects to us easily online. We will ask you to provide as much information as possible when reporting issues to us.
This includes:
- description of the fault (including image if available)
- location of the fault
- when the fault was found
Potholes
A pothole is a hole or depression in the surface of the road. They can be hazardous to road and pavement users.

Report a flooding or drainage issue
Faded road markings and defective road studs
If you notice faded road markings, such as yellow or white lines or defective road studs (cat's eyes), you should report them to us online.
