Data protection
The information provided on the application form is used to process your booking. Your personal details are stored on a letting database and may be shared with third parties, such as Mitie and Mears (Facilities Management Services), to enable them to operate their janitorial services in the facilities for which they are responsible.
Your data processing is based on the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). If you do not provide the requested information, we will be unable to process your booking or let the facility to you.
Your personal data will be retained for five years plus the current year for chargeable bookings, and for one year for free bookings.
You have the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. To learn more about your rights, contact our data protection officer.
Your personal information is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
