Taking in a lodger
If you have a spare room and want to take in a lodger, you must contact us first.
We will ask for:
- details of the person you want to take in
- the amount of rent you plan to charge
You must get our written permission before going ahead.
As the tenant, you are still responsible for:
- paying the rent
- keeping the property in good condition
We will not usually refuse permission unless there is a good reason.
