Pay online, with your application
ePlanning.scot lets you pay your application fee while submitting your application - This is the fastest way to pay for your application and as long as you have provided all of the other information required, helps us to validate your application quicker.
Pay separately from your application
You can pay separately from your application using the payment options below but please be aware that we will not be able to make your application valid until the payment has been reconciled to your application. Therefore, we encourage all customers to pay online via ePlanning.scot where at all possible.
We do not accept cash or cheques.

Please quote ‘Pl Applic’ or ‘BW Applic’ or ‘CAG ’ and your surname. If you are acting on behalf of a third party quote the applicant's surname which can link up your payment with your application. If you already have an application number and reference please quote that. If you have no reference number, please supply a contact phone number so that we can contact you if we need more information.
Proof of your payment must be sent to our ePlanning centre (details below). Failure to do this could result in delay in progressing your application.
Pay by phone
You can pay by phoning our Service Centre. If you already have a planning application number, please state this.
You will be given a payment reference number. If you haven't applied for planning permission yet, you must include this on your application.
