Closing the hearing
The Chair or Convener will:
- check if the Committee or Council has all the information needed
- ask if participants are satisfied with how the hearing was run
(responses will be recorded in the meeting minutes)
All parties will then return to the public gallery.
Decision-making
The planning officer will:
- present their appraisal and recommendation
The Committee or Council will then:
- consider and determine the application
