We and our tenants share responsibility for keeping homes in good condition.
Our responsibilities
We are responsible for repairs to things like:
- the structure of your home
- heating systems we installed
- plumbing and electrics
- windows and outside doors
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for things like:
- damage caused by you, your household or visitors
- fittings you installed yourself
- replacing light bulbs, tap washers and plugs
- decorating inside your home
