If you live in a Highland Council property and something needs fixing, you can request a repair by phone.

You will need to provide:

  • your name and address
  • a contact number or email
  • details of the problem
  • access times for your property

Call us on 01349 886602 during office hours.

For emergency repairs outside office hours, call the same number and follow the instructions.

Repairs for housing association and private tenants

If you are renting from a housing association or a private landlord, you should contact your landlord in the first instance for any repairs.
