Access for repairs
We may need to visit your home to inspect it or carry out repairs.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your appointment
- telling us if you cannot be at home
- making sure we can get in safely
If we cannot get access, your repair may be delayed.
Appointments
We will agree a day and time that works best for you. Appointment slots are:
- morning – 8am to 1pm
- afternoon – 1pm to 4.30pm
- school run – 10am to 2pm
- all day – 8am to 4.30pm
Contact us if you need to change your appointment.
If we use a subcontractor, we will tell you the name of the company. They will contact you directly to arrange access.
