Repair timescales

We aim to carry out repairs as quickly as possible. Some repairs are more urgent than others.

We will assign your repair to a category depending on the urgency:

  • emergency – immediate response
  • high priority – within 3 working days
  • routine – within 20 working days
  • routine with inspection – within 30 working days
  • low priority – agreed timescale
  • minor works – by quotation

We may do repairs faster if there are medical or social reasons. If a repair is delayed due to budget limits, we will let you know in writing and explain the reason.

If an appointment cannot be kept

If there are unforeseen circumstances and our trades person is unable to attend, we will phone to advise you and arrange another suitable appointment time.

If you are unable to be at home at the time originally agreed, contact us to rearrange the appointment.
