What our contractors should do

Our contractors must:

  • arrive on time for your appointment
  • show identification when they arrive
  • work safely and respect your home
  • complete the repair to a good standard
  • leave the area clean and tidy

How to complain

If you are unhappy with the work, here is what happens and what you can do:

  • tell us as soon as possible
  • explain what went wrong
  • give details of the repair and when it was done
