PPP/DBFM Contracts
We have 3 operational Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) community school related contracts:
PPP1 - Ardnamurchan High School, Glen Urquhart High School, Spean Bridge Primary School and Strathdearn Primary School. PPP1 is a 25 year contract commencing August 2002.
PPP2 - Cawdor Primary School, Culbokie Primary School, Dingwall Academy, Drummond School, Pines Interagency Building, Bun-sgoil Ghaidhlig Inbhir Nis , Inshes Primary School , Kinlochleven Campus (High and Primary schools), Millburn Academy, Portree High School and Resolis Primary School. PPP2 is a 30 year contract commencing April 2007.
Wick Community Complex (WCC) consists of Newton Park Primary School, Wick High School & East Caithness Community Facilities. WCC is a 27 year contract commencing December 2014.
