Road faults and defects

Bus stops and bus shelters issues

We maintain a comprehensive network of marked bus stop infrastructure, including 2,379 bus stops, of which approximately 650 are bus shelters. A significant number of stops also have information provision, either in the form of printed timetables or electronic real-time bus data.

Members of the public are encouraged to contact us regarding any issues relating to bus stop information and infrastructure provision.

Contact our public transport team to:

  • request a new bus shelter or replace an existing shelter due to condition or age
  • report missing or out of date printed timetables at bus stops
  • report a dirty shelter that requires cleaned or washed
  • report faults or damage to electronic timetable displays

Report graffiti, vandalism or damaged or missing panels
